You might feel some initial pressure — a sign that your aligners are doing their job! But it’s not really painful. It’s a mild tightness that usually fades after a day or two with a new set aligners. Totally manageable.  

Think of your aligners as your new best accessory: you need to have them on for 20-22 hours a day for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks you will switch to the next set of aligners. The more you wear them, the faster you get that new smile. Only take them out to eat, drink anything besides water, and to brush, and floss.

Yep! That’s the beauty of it. Just take your aligners out before you eat or drink anything other than water. It's a small step that keeps your aligners clean and clear.

Super simple. A quick brush with a toothbrush and a rinse with lukewarm water is all it takes. We also love soaking them using a cup of hydrogen peroxide while you brush your teeth. It’s so quick and easy. Both work great. We'll show you how to keep them fresh and invisible.
